Commercial Roofing
TPO - thermoplastic polyolefin
TPO is a 2-Ply vinyl fabric combined with a rubber-like material. This membrane resists tears, punctures and is flexible, allowing it to adjust to the movement of a building. TPO can be fastened, mechanically glued, or use ballast. It works very well in areas of high winds. A TPO roof usually lasts 10-20 years. A white TPO roof is typically used as it reflects light in the high 80% range when new. TPO roofing systems have a fully heat welded seam, this means no seams to fail. TPO roofing systems are highly resistant to chemicals and oils. They are great applications to restaurants and are commonly used on any commercial or low sloped roofs. They are usually not effected by areas of ponding water.
Polyprene®
Topps® All rubber Polyprene® makes effective repairs to flashings, seams, pitch pans, cracks, and splits. Use on most roof types. Polyprene® was voted the #1 repair compound among roofing professionals. The heavily fibered high-solids content prevents mud cracking, making it ideal for pitch pans as well as to seal seams, cracks, around vibrating rooftop equipment, skylights, vents, flashings, and more. In emergency situations, wet surface adhesive agents allow repairs even to damp metal. Quickly and easily reinforces critical areas
Silicone Coating
Henry® Silicone Coating can be used on existing smooth asphaltic BUR, smooth or granulated cap sheet, single ply roof membrane, well-adhered acrylic coating, metal, sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam and various aged membrane roofing. Pro-Grade 988 Silicone White Roof Coating
Modified Bitumen
Modified Bitumen is roofing asphalt with layers of polyester or fiberglass that is added to the asphalt to add strength to a flat roof. It is used on flat or low-sloped roofs. This product can be installed with hot asphalt, hot torch applied, peel & stick, or cold asphalt applied. In general this product has a high tensile strength and has excellent weather resistance.
Standing Seam
When most homeowners begin thinking about a metal roof, all they can envision are the roofs they have seen on barns and commercial buildings. Those types of metal roofs typically have panels that run vertically up the roof. These types of metal panel roofs are called “Standing Seam” because their prominent visual feature is the raised interlocking seam which joins one panel to the next. Often called “commercial roofing,” or “agricultural panel roofing,” or even “barn roofing,” these products do provide the great protection and durability for which metal is known.
EPDM Rubber
EPDM rubber is a single-ply commercial roofing system that can be installed; mechanically fastened, fully adhered with glue, or ballasted with river rock. EPDM rubber typically is installed using a solvent based glue at all horizontal & vertical seams. EPDM rubber commonly comes in a black color. It is lightweight, easy to install, very flexible, & can be installed on any type of roof, but is primarily designed for flat or low-sloped roofs. This roof system can be patched fairly easily due to tears or punctures.

Wood Shakes/Shingles
Cedar shakes and shingles have been around for more than 200 years. Their natural beauty and architectural versatility have made this material a favorite among architects, builders and homeowners. Cedar lends itself to patterned roofs ranging from “fancy butt” shingles to “ocean wave” patterns. Cedar shakes and shingles are built to withstand the elements such as winds exceeding 120mph, extreme temperatures and freeze-thaw conditions found across North America. Cedar’s cellular structure makes it an excellent insulator, keeping your home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Wood shakes and wood shingles are manufactured from western red cedar, cypress, pine and redwood trees. Shakes are split from logs and reshaped by manufacturers for commercial use. Smooth-sawn shingles, rough-hewn split cedar shakes or thick taper-sawn shakes will enhance your home’s appearance.
